Comments:

This is not the best time of the year for me and this is the first time I've
been able to try out this event. I really like the concept behind this contest.
And I like the idea of copying something besides sig report and zone, etc.

Put in about 45 minutes on Sat night and 45 minutes Sun morning. Sunday morning
was mainly an SWL event for me. Very few stations west of the Mississippi River
could hear my 100 watts into a G5RV, even at my sunrise. Congrats to NT6K who
pulled me right through. W0YK took a while but also managed to pull me through.
I could hear the following stations quite well but none of them could hear me:
K6SE, W0UO, W6IXP, N7LOX, N3BB, N6RO and W7WA. I thought I had a good chance
with N6RO, who was an amazing S9 when I tried to work him, but I only got one or
two ?. KH7X was copyable for about 10 minutes here in EPA around 1215Z but very
weak and I didn't really try.

Happy New Year to everyone.

Hal W1NN
