Comments:

Despite the lack of sleep this was a great warm up for the NA Sprint later in
the day.  I realized that both antenna rotator indicators were off and struggled
to orient the yagis properly in the dark!  My antics with a flashlight even
brought out the Caltech campus security!
I didn't hear any activity until 25 minutes into the contest and logged my first
QSO at 1129Z.  20 was completely dead but 40 was open albeit noisy.
Getting up in the middle of the night for my first radio activity since CQWW CW
was well worth the effort.
