Comments:

Condx from the Pacific Northwest were terrible this time around. The highlights
included working RU1A on 80 and RW2F on 10, which I didn't think was possible
until the next solar peak.  It was also fun working fellow WVDXCers from TI and
HI9. Many thanks to WJ7C, KD7TRE and K7ZUM for their help.
