Comments:
It was fun, but exasperating at the same time.
My old Pentium I computer went into slow motion
right from the gitgo and had me tearing my
hair out waiting for things to happen. The usual
easy things (rebooting, mmtty adjustments, etc)
didn't work.
The bands were pretty good, but I sure felt weak
on 80. Couldn't get anywhere cq'ing, and got
beat a lot on S&P.
Thanks for all the qso's, and especially for the
moves, but not many of them worked out.
Next up for me is WPX CW, so with a three month
break in the schedule, maybe I can get some stuff
fixed up around here.
