ABSOLUTELY AGREE.
I have taken part as OLxHQ five times - run 20m SSB - where I do have 4 
pcs CQ WW SSB 20m Single Band EU Trophies;
but here in IARU HQ I am absolutely out of competition - compared to DL 
just a different cathegory !!!!!!
Or make a signle cathegory for DL, ( and maybe - W+UA and rest of the 
world).

Just look what the big gun TM0HQ, or YT0HQ (or we 2105QSO on 20m SSB) 
did and the Germans. If we would meet in any different contest, we will 
be "all in a line", and if I will have to bet, the station running DA0HQ 
on 20m SSB would not be the one I would bet on. It just that the DLs 
have 600 more QSOs with DL stations on any band than anybody else.
