Comments:

Appreciated getting my Japan Ministry of Communications certificate
and medallion a couple of weeks ago for winning this contest for USA
in my category last year.  Them conditions is long gone!

Twenty meters was good from 1030-1230 UTC Sunday.  Other than that, it
was a fight all the way.  Thanks to the constant high humidity around
here in recent weeks, at least there was no line noise.  Otherwise I
wouldn't have been able to hear half the stations I worked on 15.
