Comments:

Band conditions were terrible at best. Add in 2 tornado warnings and severe
thunderstorms all day and it was pretty much a bust. At 10:00 am it was so dark
outside that the street lights all came on. The tornado sirens were wailing. I
shut everything down and headed for the local American Legion some two miles
away.  (A basement with a Bar) At noon instant reply another tornado warning
sirens and all. Lucky there was not much storm damage localy. A tornado was
spoted 5 miles north and there was a lot of damage in Terre Haute,IN 15 miles
East of here. We had another bout of severe weather again at 10:00 PM and 2:00 
AM.
