Missed: NNY, DE, SC, LAX, NE, ND, NT, AK

First stop on the 2003 K8MR Single Op Multi Station Tour.  Had good success
CQing on 40 meters while second radio S&Ping on the second. Most of the higher
band qsos were made in that fashion.
