Comments:

Started on 10, then 15, because that worked well in '02 and solar flux
was even higher this year.  Big mistake: skip long, rates low, high- 
band propagation poor despite the high solar numbers.  This year most 
QSOs were on 40 and 20.  Missed only AK, HI, and NT, easy in previous 
years on 15 or 10.  QSO total and score 6% below last year.
