Comments:

Just plain goofy conditions. Up and down the whole time. Folks were changing
bands in waves as the conditions changed. It made for some interesting frequency
clashes. One moment the rate would be workable to portions of the country, then
the next there were folks 500Hz away on either side and someone right under you
calling CQ as well. 20m filled up in a hurry when 15m went squirrely. This
contest was a lot of work.
