Comments:

This was one of my worst contest rates ever -- averaging only 12 Q's per hour. 
Too bad 10M didn't open fully -- it could have made working QRP from the left
coast a bit easier.    

The SCORING SYSTEM is too complex for easy computer logging (1.5 points for CW
QSO's, except 2 points on 80 and 160).  Many contesting programs are not set up
to award half-points and thus, the contest score must be calculated manually.
