Comments:

Just popped in for few hours,but I was pleasantly surprised by nice pileup
 on 40 SSB!It seems this is good effect of new licensing policy,when no CW
 knowledge required.Also it was nice to notice ,that this contest is geting 
 more and more alive-opposite to SAC or other national contests.
