Comments:

No enough staff for MS evoked the idea to try  SO20-assisted.The idea was
strongly supported by fact that new OWA design was finished just few hours
before the contest.(6el on 15m  boom 20m high)
Strange condition. Stations with extremely low take off angle played different
contest. 
No one solid signal from USA even alligator stations were there.20 is open to
whole world in same time still missing few antenna for azimuthal diversity and
one more for Europe.
