Comments:

It was obvious that LA3S was a new call sign to the contest community! Certainly
not in any databases. The call sign belongs to the local club, and will be more
heard in the future.

We start slowly with SOAB LP. New QTH in crowded neighbourhood, so uncertain
about TVI. No complaints, though :-)

Interesting conditions with good openings on 10. The last hour I worked
everything from Russia to SA on 20 with my antenna to north!
