Never could get an XE to QSY to 80M for the double mult!

My first serious RTTY effort. From what I can see, it may become my second
favorite mode after CW, of course. I used the MMTTY plug-in for Writelog and
still don't think I have everything optimally set up. There were a number of
weak signals that would have been easy CW contacts that the software and
hardware I was using just would not decode. Many weak sigs would alternate
between copy and no copy, and with repeats I could pull them through, but some
weak signals would not get copied no matter what I did.

I am interested in any suggestions that more experienced MMTTY users would have
in setting up MMTTY. All those setup options are there for a reason, but, for
most of them, I don't really have a feel for how any "tweaks" would affect the
ability of the program to decode weak signals.

Interesting contest.
