Comments:

We activated 23 counties this year and had a great time doing it.  The CW
pileups were absolutely INCREDIBLE in several of the counties.  However, we
could never manage to get a good rate going on SSB and spent most of the time on
that mode either handing out a mult to those who moved us or snagging needed
mults for ourselves.
