Comments:

Nice contest, had tried QRP on 17 April 2004 but could not be heard on SSB so
 operated on 18 April 2004 at low power and ended up with a better score than
last year.  Fewer QSOs but more with VA3RAC this time.  Lots of other contests,
went QRP on TARA Skirmish, eQSL Contest and the MI QSO Party all on 17 April
2004.  Will look forward to working this QSO Party again.
