Good rates, good fun.
Logged N6TR in SD and N6HC in ND, along with VY1JA on 20 and 40. Cool. Vy2/kd4d
was also a bonus. I did not find another MO station until K0KL showed up at
almost 03:00.
40 meters was the noisiest I have ever heard it, but it was still the money
band. Multipliers were anemic on the other bands.
Spent two hours on the tower before the contest fixing a broken rotor and
getting the antenna out of a bind. Finally had success and the rotor now rotes
so I dont have to contest only on the vertical. There is hope.
