Comments:

Decided to go all out this time after too many frustrating efforts low power
from my tiny city lot. Still low power but what a difference a REAL antenna
makes! Set up a 1/4W balloon supported vertical from my old sailboat moored in
the saltwater of Puget Sound. Now the biggest problem is hearing rather than not
being heard. I need to come up with a better receiving antenna situation. It was
obvious as I dug very weak stations out of the noise that I was getting out just
fine for a change. Great contest and conditions. My apologies  to those who
called but I couldn’t pull out of the noise. I'll work on the receiving issue
next.
