I pushed 60 feet of aluminum tubing up the trunk of a back yard birch tree to
make a quickie vertical and strapped it in place. Thankfully no Montana zephyrs
this weekend! Having 50 ground radials and all the neighbor's chain link fences
tied into the ground system really helped helped. Best moment: working JA0QNJ
right at the end of the contest. What great ears he has!
Even managed to squeeze in the traditional Christmas Stroll with my wife Friday
night and not act like I wanted to be back in the den hammering away!  ;-)
Thanks to all who worked so hard to pull me out of the noise! Love the N1MM
logging program.
