Comments:

We've had several phone-only guest-op entries here since 1987 and this was by
far the worst condx and score.  That's not to fault the op (Doug/N8NX) who
probably stayed in the chair longer than the op-time total shows - condx were so
bad on Sunday that only five QSOs went into the log during the last three hours
TOTAL!

Only four Europeans and no sign of our buddy KT8X who was at LX5A.  Also, condx
virtually non-existent to W7 and the western VEs - several multipliers lost
there.
