Comments:

My lowest QSO total in years, thanks to poor propagation on 20, where I spent
too much time.  A number of stations in 4-land were fairly loud on 20.  Around
0045Z I noticed that stations in the Northwest had suddenly gotten louder.  No
such luck with CA: I worked only 2 CA stations on 20!
