Comments:

Thanks to bad timing and some bad luck, we found ourselves short of operators
for the weekend.  As a result, just three of us decided to lay back, have fun,
and make a few contacts.  It was great to have K2KIR join the 'XX party for the
first time.  It was also a good opportunity to battle-test a couple new TenTec
Orion's.  The verdict:  despite a few hiccups, the Orion sets the new standard
in contest radios. We'll be back next year!
