Comments:

This operation was conducted as a memorial to Mr. Jim White, K4OJ, who became a
Silent Key on February 12, 2004.  We are grateful to the Office of the Dominican
Minister of Communications and Works and to Mr. Lambert Charles, J73LC, for the
immediate issuance of this special memorial callsign shortly before the contest.
 

There is so much to be said about this operation, and we will provide a writeup
in due time.  However, in the interest of getting this score posted, we are
submitting this report at this time.
