Comments:

Always a fun contest.  Knew that I could not run full time this
year, but sure wanted to after the first four hours!  But then
we had two electrical storms pass through, and after being shut
down for most of the 1600-1800 period, the bands sounded really
flat.  40 meters was super noisy and signals were very weak.
But the number of UA9's on was amazing!  Great activity out of
Russia on all bands.  Congratulations on organizing this
great contest.
