Comments:

The propagation gods did not smile on 15 meters this contest! Conditions were
good Friday evening working into the Pacific, but poor next morning into Europe.
The band opened quite late and there was intense QSB. Sunday was a disaster -
only EA and I could be worked, and it turned into a domestic contest. Evidently
there must have been magnetically disturbed conditions overnight.
