Comments:

Switch ON radio at 0630z and found emty  15m band.
After few minutes JA3BOA was S6 on fre and have pileup
op Russians. Next several minutes hear few more weak JA's.
Started contest with S&P'ing and logged 35 stations during
first hour. Rate and activity was too slow and I decided to
turn off radio...
It's a pitty a bit.
