Comments:

Another great CQP.  Overall, conditions were good and so was the level of
activity.  I ended up with 511 Q's in 57 counties - how did I miss Merced?  -
Never even heard a station from there.

15 was the "go to" band.  10 never really opened up here - worked a total of 7
California stations and that was tough going with rapid, deep QSB and very
focused propagation.  It was torture hearing faint 4's working 6's both days and
not hearing a peep out of California!  Tough going on 40 and 80, especially for
3 watts - thanks to the good ears and patience of the ops on the other end!  

This score narrowly beats the previous record for QRP in CQP which is surprising
since I thought I would need decent 10 meter conditions to do it.  Now to see if
the score holds up against the entrants from the southeast US!

Station: Argonaut 509; 3 el. Wilson tribander at 50 feet and tuned dipole.
