Comments:

Conditions were just awful from out here. I never heard one signal on 15 all day
and 20 was marginal until about 2230Z when it dropped out completely to MI. All
those wonderful mobiles were right at my noise level most of the time. Very
frustrating as my noise level is basically zero! 73...
