Comments:

As always, a great contest.  Had a bunch of 15 minute slots to get on and an
hour at the end!  Condx for us pretty poor--nothing on 20, and only the stronger
mobiles worked on 40.  80 was great at the end.  Might consider eliminating in
state HP as many CW mobiles covered up by the in state HP stations (especially,
a clicky one) endlessly CQing.
