Comments:

I missed out mobiling in the WQP this year due to illness, so me and N9BCA
decided to give the MiQP a try for the first time this year.  We always enjoy
heading to northern Wisconsin for WQP and in this one we even got to head
farther north!
We didnt have a lot of lofty competitive goals operating from the 15 large
counties we were going to be able to get to in the UP, but once we got there,
the adrenaline kicked in and we wanted to at least hang in there score-wise with
the other UP mobiles.  Trouble was, we never could seem to get anything going. 
I'm blaming it on the last minute addition of a 2nd SSB Hustler spyder mast
distorting the pattern on our CW mast...probably doesnt make sense, but its my
excuse!  As it ended up, with the minimal SSB activity we could drum up, the SSB
mast was a complete waste of time and effort.

Anyway, we had fun for our first trip to the UP and hopefully we can do it
again.
