Got started late due to the Austin Summerfest convention, but got home and
strung up a dipole for 40m and vertical for 20m.

After 2nd contact realized my 706 and tuner were not working well.  After 45
minutes of debugging, I realized I had a low-voltage problem coming from my
power supply - swapping power supplies cured the issue.
