Comments:

This year 10m was absent from NS and 15m nearly so.  There was also a surprise
+10db interference at this station for the first 90 minutes.  After things got
going, I had a very enjoyable time in this terrific little contest.  My scores
were down, but my enthusiasm for the NAQP is way up in my second SSB outing.
