Comments:

Strange conditions. I kept checking 10 and 15m, but never heard a peep on either
band. At one point on 20m, I saw the noise level go from the prevailing S3 to
zero, as if someone had flipped a switch. I actually thought something was wrong
with my antenna :) Surprisingly, I managed a few new ones; namely, Corsica,
Latvia, and Macedonia.

Antenna: Fan dipole up 25 feet in the attic
