Rig: Kenwood TS570-D 
Antenna: Cushcraft R-8 Vertical on 40m - 10m, Dipole on 80

Good conditions on 15m.  VE5DC/QRP was between S7 & S9 on the vertical!  I could
hear a lot of stations calling CQ below 7100 kHz, but no one was listening above
7150, so no QSO's on 40m Phone.
