Comments:

Tnx to Karl/V44NK for help with license and use of special callsign. First time
from the other end since 1984 (K0EJ/VP2M 1984 ARRL SSB). Operation was from a
villa rental on north end of Nevis vacationing with xyl. Antenna was a
half-square about 15' up. Slow going until US/EU opening ended, then WHAM!
amazing what a little piece of wire can do - but still a little frustrating to
listen to V47Z on St Kitts running 'em while my CQs went unanswered. I guess
that's what 13 db or so will do!

Discovered my FT100D had a chirp that went away when I reduced power to 75W.

I also made 50Qs Sunday afternoon on 10M for a checklog once I discovered the
rig would put out a little power w/o a tuner on that band. 

May have to do it again next year with a few more wires.
