Comments:

Always a fun contest. S9 plus urban noise on low bands always a  problem for me.
Ten meters was wide open and I think a lot of stations just passed it over. 
Station set up TS-870, AL-80B amp 400 Watts , Force 12 C3 at 55 feet and noisy
