Comments:

Well, It was certainly a challenging event.  Snow static rendered 2 and 222
nearly unusable until early Sunday.  Conditions were so flat, we had exactly 4
grids on 903 and 1296 by midnite Saturday.

Rovers out in this stuff? You betcha! Although the wx certainly curtailed plans,
the RVHFG fielded 4 rovers that at least left home with at least 10 bands
running.  Saturday nite, 0 temps and 35 mph winds with 2"/hr falling, and these
guys are out there making contacts.

Can't wait till the next one!
