Recipe: Sprinkle 1/8 tsp. tropo on frozen rotors.  Add 1 marginal E-skip QSO and
7 'pounds' of QRN squeezed from power lines for 2m.  Dust with 1 foot of snow
and bake at 0 degrees farenheight to keep the rovers indoors.

I threw in the towel early Sunday afternoon.
