This was my first VHF contest and the first contest ever for my son Josh
(KB3LTE).  
Not a big score but we had a blast!! We built a 7 element yagi for 2 meters and
a moxon for 6 meters and mounted them to a tv mast on my deck.  Needless to say,
we learned alot about operating VHF this weekend.  We had a nice opening on 6
meters on Sunday and Josh had a ball working 6 meters all day long !!  We
operated Multi-Op so we could operate the contest together.  Josh is now hooked
on 6 meters and is looking to aquire some gear!  73 -- Joe
