Comments:

Interesting activity, with noise on all bands.  20m was the place to be with our
current rules and summer QRN on low bands.  Good to see some folks east of 
CA involved.  Let's see how this evolves thru the summer.  Stay tuned for
possible rule changes in late July/Aug.
