Comments:

After I installed the 4 el. Mono. on friday afternoon, I rushed into the house,
turned on the FT 1000MP, to try out the antenna. After a brief CQ, 20M exploded
with strong US stations. When a Mobile station in California is a true 59 on the
S  meter, something just gotta be right. Looking at the A and K indexes, said it
all,: Both were close to 0 !!! WOW, this was going to be one great contest !!

But propagation went from great, to good, to bad, to very bad, during the span
of the contest. When the A index is 30 and the K index is 5, life can get very
rough at 66° North. 1221 Q´s on saturday, and 150 on sunday, tell the whole
story. 

Great fun, nonetheless, US ops. are the best !!
