Comments:

At start, 15M was closed, so I started on 20. Went to 40 and 
discovered I was unusually weak. So, changed to SOSB20M after
3 hrs of TEST. 20M condx really dropped off during the last two hours.

Was good to hear a very happy K1LZ, who returned home to Bulgaria 
after 20yrs, and was operating from LZ9W and later LZ1A.
