Comments:

Poor conditions at best.  No 10, No JA's on 15 and very little EU on 15 the 2nd
day.  Very little DX on 40 or 80 the second night.  Very odd.  Expected to work
more stateside.  40 the first night was much better for DX and very poor to the
states.    

Could be worse for a single tower @70ft with a SteppIR and 2 Ele Cush 40.

Probably not the best location for this contest at the bottom of the cycle.
