Comments:

Good grief.  Fair condx with 20 closing early and 40 long early.  Low dipoles. 
Everybody running novice power.  Worse, sitting under thunderstorms with S9++
QRN on all three bands.  Got out of the chair at 90 minutes for a 30 minute
break - just couldn't stand the weak signals under loud QRN anymore (not like me
to leave the chair).  Quit at 0330Z.  Lots of fills and busted Qs.  Sorry for
being an alligator, but the noise here in the SE coupled with the LP limit made
for difficult receiving.  Next year, can we have a full power category?  Thanks
