IC-765 to 3 el SteppIR at 78ft

About the same score as I had in 2003 but way under last yrs effort, due to lack
of JA's and their prefixes. Spent a good part of the weekend playing nurse to
xyl as well. I am a lousy nurse! ;-)

CU all in All-Asian CW Test next month and IARU Test in July.
