Comments:

Last year I operated SOAB, and was a wreck following the contest. This year I
arrived on Aruba tired from my work schedule and decided that it would actually
be fun to have a vacation, including such activities as going to the beach. So
I opted for 15m single band, knowing that I probably couldn't beat a determined
effort from further South -- but I'd be able to sleep at night.

High points:
1) My best ever two calendar hours (1600Z-1800Z Saturday) of 370 and 325 QSOs.
2) Being abole to shut down the radio at 7-9 p.m. local time when there was
simply nothing else to work.
3) Enjoying the hospitality of the Aruban hams, including P43A, P43C, P43E,
P43L, P43M and the camaraderie of P40A (KK9A) and P40W (W2GD).

Low points:
1) Hearing PYs and LUs working US and Asia after in the evening when I couldn't
hear anyone they were working, and had already qualified for the "Worked all
PY-LU Award", hi.
2) Seeing PX5E post his results with 50 more mults than I had. Congratulations
on a FB job, but where in the devil did you find those mults??

Anyway, it was another very enjoyable week at teh P40Y-P40L station on Aruba.
Thanks to all for the QSOs.
  73, Andy, AE6Y, P49Y
