Tough condx....

I could paste my soapbox from February here....lots of similarities.

Much the same as last February, I had many, many CQs go unanswered.  I have good
success in calling stations so it would seem my signal is reasonably
competitive.  One of those things I guess.  Another thing similar to Feb. is
that I had a large number of stations duping me.....probably occurred 20+ times.
 This one really has me puzzled.

Only mult I heard but didn't work was NP4Z.  Several "one-off" mults this time
from places that used to have multiple sprinters.
