Comments:

Worked only barefoot with FT-1000MP. First try with the new 40m-4square -
excellent! The summerwork was worth the energy...
Detailed info on www.qrz.com

Highlights: 11 JA's worked, ZL1TE called me short-pass, 9M2CNC has good ears...
lots of USA (20states) plus several VE

Necessary improvement: Must have AMP in rtty !! B1Z was S9 but with 100wtts
impossible, JT1CO called me, but I could not close the contact due to pile-up
and low power only, NO Zone 12/13 - heard the LU's CQ calling a long time...
after 10min they still didn't make any contact and QSY to different band...
May be 40m condx were avarage of even less ?!

Big disadvantage: ONLY AFSK ! That means real hassle to use the narrow filters,
by synchronising 2 VFO's with different modes for TX/Rx in split mode...
terrible!. I must have an USB Interface to manage FSK properly

Only operated first night went to sleep from 7:30 UTC to 12:30h UTC and worked
second evening until 22:00h UTC, due to QRL.

Conclusion: lots of fun ! I am sure to set very good score with 10db Amplifier
and fully equipped. My station will develope slowly but gradually as it is on a
remote site 60km from home.

Thanks for all who gave me a call

See you in CQWW SSB/CW and the other international contest this winter season
(only 40m single band operation)
