Club: South East Contest Club

Comments:

With burnt out operators from the twin Hurricanes and limited publicity and
generally poor conditions the Alabama QSO Party had its problems this year. 
Hopefully by next time we will have made several changes.  The rules need work,
the times are definitly in need of overview and the weekend is way too crowded. 
Suggestions welcome please.

Thanks to all that participated and all that wanted to but due to circumstances
